Risk Recording and Management

In the Estates and Facilities functions we have to deal with Risk in many forms and the recording and management of some is covered by statute while other areas have only guidance at best. This one day course looks at the key areas of Risk Recording (safe working practices, HTM requirements, fire etc) and how the recording needs to be an integral part of the management of risk. We will also look at some examples of Risk Management software, how this can be used to assist you, and risk weightings as applied to financial risks and maintenance backlog.
